bath & wells: mission

All five of the Anglican Bishops in Zambia visit Bath & Wells

All five of the Anglican Bishops in Zambia visited Bath & Wells in January 2006. They attended the course in Canterbury in January, during which they had some time with the Archbishop of Canterbury, and invited him to visit Zambia next year.

At the end of the course two of the bishops returned home to Zambia, and the other three visited other contacts around the UK before returning to Bath & Wells for a programme of visits to link parishes and other events around the diocese.
