bath & wells: school of formation
courses and other learning opportunities
The School is involved in providing a variety of learning opportunities for people in and beyond the diocese. For churches wishing to improve the practice of ministry, taking the message of the gospel beyond its walls, reflecting on the truths of faith or enriching its spiritual life then click on the short courses below. They have been developed at the request of parishes and are sent, free of charge, when required, by email, CD or hard copy. We ask parishes and Local Ministry Groups to identify someone (a course facilitator) in their locality who will lead the course and we will offer a briefing about it.

if you want to arrange a short course in your area
- Contact your Rural Dean (RD), Incumbent or LMG leaders
- Liaise with your RD/Incumbent/LMG representative in finding someone able to tutor a course in your area
- Contact the School of Formation and we shall send materials and make contact with the Course Facilitator.
