Our healing group is led by this guiding philosophy. Through the work of the group, the Diocese seeks to support, enable, and encourage individuals and churches in their journey and ministry of healing in the widest sense of the word. We follow Jesus’ own teaching and example in restoring people to wholeness and bringing hope and salvation to the whole creation.
Our work
We run training courses for parishes and groups, offer resources to help develop and maintain good practice in ministry, hold events to encourage and promote new thinking and developments, provide support and consultation on a range of issues, and act as a point of reference through our links with a number of other organisations.
We have strong links with many other organisations and groups involved in the healing ministry and we are part of the South West Churches Together Healing Forum.
