We welcome a new member of the Property Team, Owain Wynne. Owain joins Bath and Wells as Property Manager.
Before taking up his role with the diocese, Owain was with Hillcrest Estate Management in Bristol, where he worked for more than eight years in a number of roles, latterly as a Senior Estate Manager, Building and Health and Safety Surveyor. He has extensive experience in estate management, account management, cost estimating, landlord, tenant, and freeholder issues, health and safety as well as providing building and technical support to clients.
Owain is looking forward to getting out and meeting people in the diocese, “The first few weeks have been a bit of a whirlwind, but everyone I’ve met has been very welcoming. It’s great to become a part of the Bath and Wells property team, to provide support to those who need it.”
Owain, who grew up in Wales, is a passionate about rugby, though he says the arrival of his young daughter has put paid to his playing days. He now lives in rural Somerset with his wife and four-year-old daughter.
