School Effectiveness

School Effectiveness deals with what makes our schools both effective and distinctive. We focus on school improvement as well as ethos, spirituality and collective worship, and support schools to see how these two elements are interdependent in terms of providing an outstanding and holistic experience for all our children.

A variety of documentation has recently been developed to explain and outline our approach to school effectiveness and these can be downloaded below.

Our core and extended offer to schools reflects the changing educational landscape and links to the above but for further information please contact Helen Fenn.

We are currently sharing these developments with our schools through our regular headteacher and chair of governors’ briefings.
