Start 2020 the best way you can. Come to the Men’s Mental Health Day at Wells Blue School.
A day to safely explore and engage with themes of modern masculinity, male identity, and men’s mental health.
Facilitated by the Diocese of Bath and Wells, run by mental health experts from throughout the region.
Neil Madill, diocesan Mission Development and Inclusion Enabler says, “This event is open to each and every man. Any age, every background from all faiths and none. We all have mental health, we all need to engage with it.”
Speakers at the event include:
- Jonathan Clark, Premier Christian Radio and Premier Lifeline
- Cory Stewart, Counsellor and Men’s Health Specialist
- Henry Maddicott, award-winning spoken word artist
- Daniel Edmond, speaker, entrepreneur, owner ‘Milk for Tea’
To facilitate a safe space to explore these themes, this event will be open to men only.
The entire event will be signed for those hard of hearing.
Drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the day. Please bring your own lunch. Alternatively, there are many options for buying lunch in Wells.
