Luke left us some of the best-loved Gospel stories, such as the Prodigal Son and the Good Samaritan. What were the sources he worked with and how did he structure his Gospel? How do the opening chapters help us to know what matters to Luke? What are his key themes throughout the Gospel? What links can be made between the Gospel text and the life of the church today? Dr Dorothea Bertschmann is the tutorial fellow of Biblical studies at the College of the Resurrection at Mirfield and is passionate about exploring the riches of Biblical texts with others, come and share in exploring Luke’s Gospel through input and discussion.
