Prayer is at the very heart of everything we are doing across the diocese to live and tell the story of Jesus. Sharing daily prayers together reminds us that we are part of a family of 496 parishes and over 180 church schools, working together to serve the 930,000 people of Bath and Somerset. We can take strength and confidence from this.
The calendar features prayers for individuals, groups or particular milestones or projects from across the diocese.
For the Anglican Cycle of Prayer please visit the Anglican Communion website .
Pray your way
You can download the prayer calendar below – we publish a range of versions to suit your preferences. The print version is designed to be folded into A5 booklet form, print on A4 or A3 paper depending on the font size you like. There is also a single-sided version featuring the prayers only, which could be used to print your own parish’s prayer diary on the reverse. We have also included an accessible Word document.
Alternatively you can read the online version or access prayers via social media. All prayers featured in the calendar are also being tweeted under #todaywepray from @bathwells on Twitter and on our diocesan Facebook page .
