The Young Leaders Learning Hub is a supportive environment for young leaders aged 15 – 25 to practise and develop leadership skills. Working in partnership with Movement, the hub is designed to foster learning from one another and address challenges faced by young leaders. The hub offers a space to apply leadership tools in real-life contexts. Participants will benefit from the input of experienced leaders, biblical exploration, worship and prayer, as well fun activities. This initiative provides young leaders, from a variety of churches and traditions, with opportunities to explore leadership styles, teamwork, communication and more as they prepare to lead their communities.
The Young Leaders Hub is:
- A learning community of young leaders, aged 15-25, looking to grow and support one another
- A safe space to gather, be real about life and discuss leadership as a young person
- An informative environment to learn and develop leadership skills that are relevant and useful
- A place where young people can receive input from experienced leaders and ask them questions, alongside biblical exploration, worship, prayer, sharing food and having fun.
We are exploring topics such as:
- leadership styles
- communication
- teamwork
- conflict
- keeping ourselves healthy as leaders
- vulnerability
- vision
- change management
- cost
- commitment to others.
To help equip young people and young adults to be all that God has called them to be.
