We were already investigating offering virtual or online training so it may be that we can offer this alternative in due course. Every academic year, the Diocese of Bath and Wells Education team offer a wide range of training relevant to headteachers, subject leaders, teaching staff and governors working in schools within the diocese.

The cost of each course is on the page, please make sure you scroll down the full page for details. Unless stated otherwise, all course take place at the Old Deanery in Wells.
We can offer bespoke training for schools on a variety of topics including Well Being, Ethos and Ethos Committees, Vision & Values, SIAMS, Governance, Bereavement, Spirituality, Worship, Admissions, Collective Worship, Leadership Development, Vision & Values in a Mixed MAT, RE and Academy Conversion.
The cost depends on the location and the number of people in the group being trained. These sessions can take place in school or in another venue.
