The Diocese is committed to supporting schools in every facet of school leadership. This includes:
- supporting governors through the process of appointing a new headteacher
- all aspects of succession leadership
- a programme of continual professional development for all stages of leadership
- the Annual Headteachers Conference
- representation on local authority leadership forums
