Property Coordinator

Through income generated by the Property Team’s work over recent years we are able to grow our team, strengthening our capacity in this area and enabling us to continue generating the operational income that supports the DBF’s mission and ministry, ensuring that property services continue to enhance our efficient, financially sustainable, and responsiveness to the needs of our parishes and clergy.

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Property Coordinator to provide excellent administrative, organisational and operational support to our Property Managers/Diocesan Surveyors. This role is central to coordinating our Quinquennial Inspection Programme and ensuring our property services run smoothly, professionally and compassionately.
