Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.
Reflection
Today God shares how he made us from the dust of the Earth.Take a moment to focus on your breathing. Breathe the life of God in with every breath.
Prayer
Lord of all, thank you that you formed us from the dust of the Earth and breathed life into us. We pray especially for those whose breathing is affected by pollution. Amen.
