Network support

What is network support?

Lay Ministers serve across every deanery and most benefices, each with their own support needs. Local support groups provide space to reflect on ministry, share ideas, and explore practical responses to any challenges that arise.

Some benefices offer structured support, including supervision from a member of the leadership team. Others draw on support available locally — and many ministers benefit from a combination of both.

In addition to peer support, we offer occasional training days to help Lay Ministers develop their ministry.
