An opportunity three times a year (two online, one in person) for Foundation Trustees to meet with Education Department colleagues to discuss their role, share best practise and hear any Diocesan or national updates pertaining to their role. In the past we have drawn up a Foundation Trustee Role Descriptor, shared how Foundation Trustees might prepare for SIAMS, considered how to ensure the whole board is signed up to being part of a mixed Trust and shared how we recruit new Foundation Trustees. This is an interactive forum that we hope each Trust will be represented at to ensure consistency of knowledge and best practise across our Trusts. We always welcome suggestions for topics for discussion or people you would like to speak to this audience. Please liaise with your fellow Foundation Trustees to ensure your Trust is always represented at this forum.
