Forum for Trustees
This forum, facilitated by the diocesan Education team, is an opportunity for directors/trustees of Multi-Academy Trusts to meet and discuss current issues facing them, particularly with regard to Church school distinctiveness, and to network with others within the wider diocesan area.
The July forum is in-person at Flourish House with an afternoon Tea from 4pm to 6pm.

Forum for Trustees

Church School Governance for Members and Trustees
An introduction to governance as a Trustee or a Member within a Multi Academy Trust. Suitable for those who have been newly appointed, or those looking for a refresher, and who would like to know more about their strategic responsibility for governance across their trust. It is an expectation that Trustees/Members will attend this session and again if reappointed.

Forum for Members
A chance for the Diocesan Corporate Member (DCM) and other Foundation Members to really understand their role and the interface with the Diocesan Board of Education and the Education Department. We will be able to share our Diocesan Academisation Strategy, a requirement under the new Articles and discuss current issues that are emerging from Members’ meetings as well as networking with other Foundation Members.
