Enita undertakes a split role in the diocese and is currently our Human Resources Manager alongside now being part time safeguarding trainer.
In her previous role, before joining the diocese, Enita was the safeguarding designated lead and delivered safeguarding training to employees. Enita enjoys training and sees this role as an opportunity to develop her training skills and draw upon her previous safeguarding experience.
