Churches in the Diocese of Bath and Wells can use this form to order untitled Gift Aid envelopes for one-off donations or visitors to help make tax efficient gifts to your church if you prefer not to order via our online shop.
When you receive your envelopes you can simply add the name of your PCC or church at the top of each envelope before distribution.
If you would prefer to pay online by credit or debit card, please visit our online shop and place your order there.
Please note, we can only accept orders from churches in the Diocese of Bath and Wells.
