Holy Trinity Combe Down (HTCD) is looking for a person of God who is musically gifted to take the lead on our sung worship across our two mornings services and one evening service (particularly aimed at 16-25 year olds).
A bit about us
We are a vibrant, growing church family with two churches in the parish of Combe Down, Bath. Our passion is to see our people and communities transformed by Jesus. As a Word and Spirit church, we want to grow in faith and become more like Jesus through clear Bible teaching, worship and ministry led by the Holy Spirit. Our staff team of 14 are excited about what God is doing here and want to recruit additional key roles to support further growth.
We’d love to hear from you if…
- You are mature in your faith, walking daily with Jesus and filled with his Spirit
- You have 3+ years’ experience of leading worship in a contemporary style
- You are competent in at least one instrument plus voice
- You love to develop others in their gifting for worship, both musical and technical
How you’d be serving:
- Developing, planning and leading worship services
- Inspiring and training our team of volunteers, both musical and technical
- Contributing to the technical side of worship, operating AV equipment and training others
- There will be time within the role to use your gifts to grow the church. The way this might be done will be explored with you at interview. We would love to hear about things you have already done or new ideas you have for the future.
