Phase 2 of the Common Fund consultation coming to a close

26th April 2024

Common Fund consultation st nicholas radstock

The last of the five gatherings for phase two of the Common Fund consultations took place last night (25 April). Over 200 people have attended the sessions and took part in discussions around the reworked proposal presented following feedback received during the earlier stage of consultation.

Adrian Youings, Archdeacon of Bath and Chair of the Common Fund Committee who presented the latest proposal says, “I have been really encouraged by the level of engagement with the consultation to date. The committee will meet next week to review all the feedback and will then share its recommendations with Bishop’s Council and Diocesan Synod so it can be reviewed along with our current system and a decision made.”

The feedback form for phase two will be open until midnight on Sunday, 28 April.
