The Warm Space St Francis Church, Bridgwater has been so successful that it is still running long after its planned closing date. The Warm Space, runs alongside a thriving Toddler Group and a Youth Night the team being held at St Francis'.
St. John the Evangelist Church in Highbridge took a fresh approach to their Christingle celebration by cutting down on the waste traditionally left behind Instead, they introduced an innovative “almost fully edible” Christingle and made angel wings from recycled milk containers.
The Holiday Club, run by St Francis of Assisi Church run for more than 25 years, arose in response to the community’s needs.
The exhibition seeks to shed light on this grave injustice and inspire collective action to eradicate it.
The Quantock Foodbank, a vital lifeline for families in need, now has a fully electric vehicle to take groceries to outlying villages.

Just before the half-term break, Year 3 students from Eastover School came together to create a heartwarming make-believe wedding at St. John's Church in Bridgwater.
That was the message from Bishop Rob Wickham, head of the Church Urban Fund (CUF), who joined a meeting of the Magnificat Parishes Group last week (Tuesday, 17 October).
