The lunch organised by Wells SOUP! was supported by more than 100 people and helped boost the funds and profile of four local charities and organisations
Churchwarden praises everyone's hardwork and determination saying, "Nothing is too hard or impossible if it is in keeping with God’s will and for His glory."
The £312,850 grant fund pot has been created from a number of sources, including the national church’s Buildings for Mission project and the Net Zero Carbon Quick Wins grant scheme.

The Parochial Church Council of St Dubricius Church in Porlock has been awarded a £179,335 grant by The National Lottery Heritage Fund to conserve the spire and roof of St Dubricius Church, Porlock
