Welcome to the new diocesan website! This new website has been created by ChurchEdit for the Diocese of Bath & Wells, and is part of a collaboration with 20 other dioceses to create a standardized website that will serve dioceses across the Church of England.
Though the new website will be entirely managed by the communications team at Bath and Wells, dioceses will get together each year to collaborate on improvements. It’s a new model built on collaboration and shared learning and good practice, and allow us to share some of the costs of website build and development.
New features on the site include a documents section, to enable people to find essential downloads and other material quickly, and a more powerful search function.
The old website will still be available for a few weeks as some final information is transferred over, in particular events and training session details.
