This year, the Archdeacons' Visitations take place in June. Attendance is mandatory for all churchwardens and licensed clergy. Readers and other licensed ministers are welcome to attend.
Clergy and churchwardens are requested to attend their own deanery venue, but if prevented from so doing, they may attend another deanery service.

Times
- 17:45 to 18:50 - On arrival, clergy and churchwardens are asked to report to their Area Dean and Lay Dean. Churchwardens will be asked to sign their Forms of Declaration, which they should bring with them. The Archdeacon will be available to see churchwardens.
- 19:00 - The Visitation services, at which churchwardens will make their declaration and be admitted into office. During the services the Archdeacon will give their charge.
- 19:50 - The Archdeacon will be available to see churchwardens.
