Full-time diocesan lead for mission development

Jonathan Philpott has been confirmed as the full-time Mission Development Team Leader for Bath and Wells. Jonathan has filled the role on a part-time basis since May 2025, alongside a part-time role with the diocesan Giving and Funding team.
