Safeguarding Lessons Learnt Review

The Bishop of Bath and Wells, the Rt Revd Peter Hancock, commissioned a Lessons Learnt Review in May 2019, with the objective of ascertaining the key actions and decisions of the diocese; whether these were in line with national policy and what lessons can be learned for the future.


Past Case Review work continues
